Yes. Describe what you notice, when it happens and any warning lights when you book. Your advisor can discuss the diagnostic process, pricing and next steps before work is authorized.

Can I get an estimate before booking?

Use our free online estimate to get started. An online estimate is preliminary; inspection or diagnosis may be needed to confirm the repair and final price. You approve the work before repairs begin.

Can I drop off my vehicle outside business hours?

Yes. Each shop has a key drop with envelopes and pens. Open the after-hours instructions on your location card above. Your advisor reviews the request during business hours. Arrange after-hours pickup in advance.

What if I need help getting around during repairs?

Ask your service advisor about Uber transportation options before your visit. Restrictions apply; confirm availability and arrangements with your chosen shop.

Which warranty applies to my repair?
