Q: How do I look up my rewards balance?
A: It’s simple! Use your phone number to look up rewards through the Rewards Balance Lookup tool above. Start by looking up your rewards, then click “View My Benefits”.
Q: How do rewards work?
A: Silver Rewards members earn 2% back on qualifying Parts and Labor. Customers automatically move to Gold Rewards after spending $2,500 in a rolling 12-month period and earn 3% back. Customers automatically move to Platinum Rewards after spending $7,500 in a rolling 12-month period and earn 4% back.
Q: How does the oil change reward work?
A: After purchasing 2 qualifying oil changes, you’ll receive 50% off your 3rd oil change, up to a $50 value.
Q: How do referrals work?
A: Start by looking up your rewards, then click “View My Benefits”. From there, you can send referral cards directly to friends and family. When a referred customer completes their first visit, you receive $25 in rewards and they receive $25 toward their visit by presenting the gift card you sent them.
Q: Do oil changes earn rewards?
A: No. Oil changes participate in their own service award program and do not earn rewards percentages.
Q: Do rewards expire?
A: Rewards expire only after 12 months of inactivity.
Q: Can I transfer rewards?
A: Yes. Give us a call to transfer rewards to friends or family.
Q: Can rewards be combined with other offers?
A: Some offers may be combined while others may not. Please ask a service advisor for details.

A: Membership is automatic after a qualifying visit to Express Auto Repair.
