- Park your vehicle at this shop without blocking garage doors or driveways, and lock it.
- Use an envelope and pen from the drop-off box. Write your name, phone number, vehicle details, requested service, and any concerns or special instructions.
- Place your keys in the envelope, then put the envelope into the nearby key-envelope drop.
Arrange after-hours pickup with your service advisor in advance. Your advisor will review the requested work and contact you during business hours.
