I have been taking our cars here the last 4 years since moving to Colorado Springs. They do it right at a reasonable price considering the quality of service. Just recently our 2001 Infiniti QX4 was running rough. It was a Monday so they were busy and repair required a part that had to be obtained from the dealer. They communicated with me throughout so we could make arrangements to be with out it for a day. Their quality and cost is worth the wait along with the trust they have built with us. The car was done when they said and it runs great. They commented on how well it is running and it should since only they have worked on it. They also offered suggestions for making this 2 wheel rear wheel drive vehicle safer in the snow. They are simply the best in the business.

I have found my new favorite shop! I had an incident where a radiator hose burst and puked coolant everywhere. I broke down right in front of Rick’s shop. It was a little after 5 o’clock one night. Rick just happened to still be there. He graciously came out to help and we left the truck there that night. The truck was fixed quickly and fairly. The level of customer service was the highest I have experienced anywhere with any product.

I had my car towed here after my engine died in the middle of traffic. They gave me an honest estimate on the repairs and were up front about the possibility of the repairs just extending an inevitable engine replacement. They didn’t try to sell me or pressure me into futile fixes. They found shoddy work that was done by other mechanics and I will definitely but using them in the future.

When it comes to mechanics, the most important things to consider is whether they are honest and if they can fix it (budget counts, but sometimes that can’t be helped). Express Auto on Galley proved that they are both honest and capable of diagnosing and fixing an issue. I went in thinking my A/C compressor might be shot due to the clutch not engaging and not finding any issue in my fuse or relay. They were able to identify that it was a simple wiring fix, saving me lots of time and money – most importantly, my A/C works and I no longer have a burning smell around my engine! I appreciate their honesty, ability to fix my issue, and quality of work. I will be returning here whenever I have something happen that I do not have time to fix myself or is beyond my capability.
